Consolidated Linear Inspection (CLI)
For providing a comprehensive examination of all assets within a utility corridor, nothing comes close to Sharper Shape’s Consolidated Linear Inspection (CLI) service. Consolidated inspections simultaneously captures a range of useful data types in a single flight using our Sharperscope 5.0 multi-sensor payload for drones or the new Heliscope™ 2.0 for manned helicopters. In either case, once the aircraft is back on the ground, Sharper Shape’s Pilot application manages the transfer of data to our cloud-based processing system, where a combination of human inspectors and intelligent software algorithms quickly develop actionable inspection reports.
Automatic Detailed Inspection (ADI)
Sharper Shape’s Automatic Detailed Inspection (ADI) service greatly reduces the amount of effort required for close-up utility examinations, while capturing incredibly detailed, consistent, and repeatable inspection data. Our proprietary flight planning algorithms use LiDAR geospatial data to create precise 3D flight paths. Autonomous inspection operations are then executed under autopilot control, with the drone exactly following these calculated routes. ADI offers the ability to autonomously capture many types of data, including high-res photos, 4K video, Infrared images and Ultraviolet “corona” pictures. After the flights are completed, secure and reliable data analysis is automated and augmented by our best-in-class software tools.
Drone Software as a Service™
In most cases, it makes economical sense for the customer to contract our inspection as a service, instead of purchasing and operating the equipment themselves.
However, we understand that some customers may have different needs or very high inspection volumes, and we are open to this option as well.
